There is no career growth.im worked as a data entry operator in a banking process.salary package was too low.and also if you work 1yr they will give you a 6months experience certificate only.and also management was too poor.dont start your career there it's my humble request.there is no salary increment.and target pressure too if you didn't complete your target you will be work after your shift timing also.

Top management avoid discussing the job profile details even after they propose a job offer, they don't finalize your salary, roles & responsibilities; thus keeping you in dark while giving you work even at midnight Once you leave the company, the salary will not be credited on time & they will change their 'Full & Final Policy" as per their convenience Management refuses to address any employee issues; personnel responsible for salary concerns either provides falls information or avoid your calls Little to No communication within management, which is a huge hurdle for employees and results in cheap office politics

Mmc is a company where ladies can work with securely and freely. That environment is very nice. And managers r very friendly. But the bad thing is less package and very very poor increment. Otherwise working experience is nice.
