...ndustry just Imagine their value and ethics. Soldiers will die because of them. Imagine if you join a meeting and listen their CEO saying all employee want salary on time. As earlier they used to delay salary by weeks. They are unable to bring the IPO from last 5 year just because they have done so many scams that if they bring the IPO then SEBI will review their complete history . I have never heard or seen such a bad company. Don't join here even if you package is doubled. This is the way they attract people then throw out them and all the thing I have told you above. Sit ideal, open pan shop but don't join here.

HR Policy are too worst (Here's notice period is 90 or 180 days before it's leaving you will pay from your salary) Salary deduction are too much ESI Deduction is 500 to 600 Both side pf will be deposited from your salary and there is not any support from senior or HOD'S they will tell you it's your matter you will have to solve it. After leaving the your salary will be hold after this you will have tried for release your salary they after 50 days they will release your. If before joining I know about this company I never join this company to join this company I have wasted a lot money and time because of this there are too many resignation in this company in every month so I will never suggest anyone to join this company

...vision. Some top management will never let u stay there. Toxic Work enviornment. There is no policy , deduction of salary without any reason. They will make bond for 3 years. In which they have mentioned illegal things.

MKU is a family run business, and the toxicity within the family members spills onto the employees too. They need an overhaul in the top management, for the company to sustain on sound business practices, ethics and continuing innovation. The culture needs a massive reset with the culling out of extremely toxic employees.

They are not trustworthy at all, here's my experience: It's been 1 Year and 18days since I left MKU Limited. After resigning from MKU at the end of August month 2022, I completed the full settlement (2 Months Notice Period + Couldn't take 2 Months Salary + Also paid 1 Month Salary) during my relieving. I can attached the same whenever required. At the time of relieving I requested to settle my EL amount in the adjustment but HR Team and Higher Authorities couldn't proceed with it because of the policies of the company. (As said by them) I did all the possible things for the smooth relieving, but I haven't received my EL amount yet. I'm emailing them from last 1 year. It's so unfortunate that company is doing like this with the employee.
