this is the worst company i have mever worked in. i really advice people not to go in this company if u are hired.

Dislikes

There are many. they doesnt pay you well in time. no rules no policies people abscond in middle of projects. puts lot of pressure on employyes to complete 2 projects at a time. no learning curve. Hr doesnt respond or doesnt treat you well. I begged for my pay for 3 mnths. People smoke inside office. This is the same MKS vision in hyderabad cybertowers. Total politics and every decision is made by non technical people as they are working for years in same company. I had the worst experience for 3 months and it was hell.

Great place to learn and grow. Company gives the opportunities to show case capabilities and ready to provide the launch pad. Open work culture, flat organization and the management is available any point of time to help. Job is secured.

I don't see any thing to dislike working in MKS. People may dislike working in MKS if they are not ready to learn and contribute.
