There is a major dislike about the establishment is late salary which disturb so many routine also working hours could be flexible as I feel that travelling from distance place to the work require flexibility.

Nothing. One of the worst road infrastructure company in India.

Lot of things. Management is illiterate. Delayed salary. 10.5 hours of work daily except Sunday. Only 18 leaves in a year. No insurance. HR/Admin also not professional, cannot speak English. Blaming others is company's business. All try to stick their seat by doing politics. No one exactly knows their work. Wrong recruitment's made by HR. Interview they say something and when you join ask to do something else. They recruit you for one package work but ask to do all work for their ongoing projects, may be 35. Management doesn't have any trust towards their employees. They speak to staff like they are talking to laborers.

Mkc infrastructure is Really a company. i came to learn a lot from that company as a fresher. but i also found some sort of politics here but we can over come it . overall good seniors and reporting managers so i have good exp. working with mkc infra so far.

Dislikes

Strict Timings No any Other benefits like Diwali Gifts, Incentives, Festival Celebrations , PF Deduction is compulsory which makes our in hand salary even lesser. All Saturday working Very Important: Delayed Salary By 20-25 days Every Month
