I liked the work in my department—it was aligned with my skills and gave me good hands-on experience. Also, the food provided was decent, which added a bit of comfort during the workday.

Dislikes

One major concern I had was the lack of a supportive work culture. After 4 PM, it became very difficult to get help or collaboration, as most team members and even HODs prioritized leaving on time over supporting ongoing work. This made it challenging to maintain workflow and deliver quality output when support was needed beyond regular hours.

Its a developing company, so that scope for learning and expirimenting is much more, that's what i'm thinking as a like

No, much benefit from the company in monetary perspective, also developing the career inside the company is difficult

Infrastructure good, only think is change the people mindset, basic things. R&D and marketing should be strong with strategy, material management, System way of approach

There is no job security.because company does not show any interest in neem person..which has good knowledge about field.management do not take grant to this employee

company policy is not good because they show interest in outside experience person.they don't take grant to company engineer who is already working in their premise who has good knowledge and experince regarding their field.
