Worst company for experience professionals, worst and harsh client behaviour (Bhilai Steel Plant), mentally harrasment on daily basis, highly mismanaged working, false commitment, zero support from management, think twice before joining specially MSS BHILAI.

No scale in terms of salary. Have to be ready to work on 24/7. Working on holidays on regular basis. No extra allowance for that and also no compoff leave for working on holidays. Though there is a policy of taking compoff if some one works on holidays. No recognition, nominal yearly increment of some one exceeding their goal. Long term stay will not help in career growth.

Here my boss is harassing me a lot and doing a lot of mischief with me. I complained earlier about him to management but the entire management supported him. Today my father is sick so I took for his care and treatment and I informed this to my boss. But then also he sent to warning letter. So now you can imagine what kind of guy is he. Infact my boss is the line manager of Mjunction inspection team at Rourkela Steel Plant.
