1) Community discrimination 2) Managers don't understand their role and KRA is flat. No growth discussion and career advancements. 3) Few top officials are useless. Don't have any role except review meeting and targeting juniors to stop their career for insecurity of their positions. 4) The top vertical don't have alignment with vision of CEO/ organization 5) The rules changes on person to person basis. 6) Keep in mind the 5 points before Switching

No job security, no increment, no promotion . If you wanna stay with same kind of job with limited pay for a long time then pls join it. Otherwise no.

No scale in terms of salary. Have to be ready to work on 24/7. Working on holidays on regular basis. No extra allowance for that and also no compoff leave for working on holidays. Though there is a policy of taking compoff if some one works on holidays. No recognition, nominal yearly increment of some one exceeding their goal. Long term stay will not help in career growth.
