It's nothing that can be appreciated in this company.

Dislikes

1.No salary on time. 2.They do not provide clean approns for employees, employees just use the approns whichever they get and wear it's not at all clean and mainly it's used by so many people before and not washed also. 3.There are no fix timings for going home. Employee work beyond shift hours. 4.Toilets are worst then public toilets. They don't have cleanliness no tissue are available for wiping hands and it stinks horrible. 5.Food given by company is not at all good it has been observed many times with some insects and canteen stinks. Canteen does not have proper wash basin for washing hands.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

Timely Salary. Senior management is helpful

Though everything about company is good, but Engineering Lead is very less serious about work execution and timely completion of work. He is only sending us messages on WhatsApp groups and forcing us to work for completion of activities. He never guide us on how to do the work or repairing. he is not having any skill and knowledge about engineering activities like trouble shooting and solving of problems. He never visits any of the operation machine. Even during critical maintenance work done for Germany Machine when foreign engineers were working on machine for 7 days, he not came in production to see how they are working. Engineering team is always working under pressure because he is not having knowledge and he is not positive about hard work all we are doing. Many times work pending because payment issues. Spare parts not making available

Timely Salary. This is the best organization to work with best work culture, professional growth, learning and development. This company is best place to learn many things from senior management. Friendly senior management, easily approachable. Though factory is lead and managed by Executive Committee (Heads from Production, HR, Quality and Engineering), all 4 Executive Committee members are very supportive and working with transparency. We get immediate decisions and cooperation from all heads and colleagues. Company provides free breakfast. During Covid time also company management supported all employees with food and alternate day work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
