Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Beautiful work environment. Coworkers were supportive... Had too much time for leisure which is good and bad at the same time.

Dislikes

Had to work from morning to night every day in a week and salary was terrible. No career growth at all, had too much leisure time than work, infact I barely had tasks to complete.
