Nothing. No job security, the company make new rules everyday to deduct salary. They daily hire employee but no stability. Their is no policy in favor of employees.

No career growth. Salary is shown only on CTC. But in return you will get only half of it.

SALARY DIDUCTION IF YOUR SALARY IS 25000 THAN COMPANY PAY YOU 16000 TO 17000 ONLY,WROST CULCURE,NO SUPPORT WITH STAFF,LABOUR BASED COMPANY,VERY LOW STAFF ONLY 15 TO 16 PERSON INCLUDING STAFF AND LABOUR

Salary holding Issue. As a security bond holds Original educational certificate. Unhygienic and Safety concern at work (Specially in Production area) Overall from work to growth including salary, work life balance and culture is very poor

Company had no further plans, no innovative idea of his product , his management system is very poor, they are not providing salary at a time . Inko sarly katne ka bahana chahiye . Company kae owner ko har cheez free mein chaiye hota hai , HR team is very very poor. Aaj Tak Mera travel expenses nhi diya .
