Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the mangement is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the manage menagement dosent address our issues. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Firstly it's Mittal Steel (PT. Ispat Indo) is just on papers, in actual it is Toko Banka or Banka Steel. Purely a LALA company and there is no practical relevance with business tycoon Mr. Mittal. It is a single man show and all other employees are just slave. Back dated process and policies (which creates unfavorable situation for employees) creation is habit of the company. From last three decades only one Unit Head or you can say second inning of Hitler. In short some time I feels, now a days it's a black dot on Mr. Mittal's name & fame due to current leadership & unethical practices of company.

It is purely a private organisation. As expected, it is one man control.I have worked in this organisation after my service of 39 years in public sectors.Unfortunately, some CEO`s in private sector believe even now that only certain caste people are good at work.This is only a myth.We find politics even in private sectors.The CEO`s do not analyse properly to assess who is working well and who is not.They go by certain beliefs of their own.Such things result in retrograde growth of the organisation.Here also we find monopoly by some employees and investors encouragement to that kind of development . All this is unfortunate.

There is no proper assessment of good working people.
