Everything. Boss is so rude and arrogant. he throws people outside when he is done with them. he thinks no one is above him and tortures employees mentally. there is no management. worst company I have ever seen in my life. it's more like lala company.

they do fraud with candidates, owner of the company is a fraud and a cheap person. I would suggest not to join this company , it is better to sit jobless. They will fire in such a stage of your career that you would not be able to get a new job

This is worst company ever. If you want to destroy your career then you are welcome to join here. They don't care about female interns welfare. There was a female intern faced harassment from her reporting manager, who would force her to sit next to him and work late so he could be alone with her. When she complained to the CEO, she was fired. She posted a post on LinkedIn about this matter, only then company take action to save their reputation. If I was allow to rating below 0 then I will give -100

1) The work environment is chaotic and unprofessional, with no proper pipelines, processes, or systems in place. Office politics and favoritism dominate, and the management is completely unhelpful and unsupportive. 2) The CEO is highly manipulative and abusive, exploiting fresh graduates with unreasonable demands and unnecessary tasks. Decisions are arbitrary, often leading to wasted effort when projects or features are scrapped without warning. The CEO lacks technical knowledge but insists on micromanaging, which creates inefficiency and frustration. 3) There are little to no learning opportunities here. Freshers are assigned irrelevant tasks across random frameworks like Flutter, Spring Boot, and Elastic Beanstalk, with no clear direction or training. This company does not offer any growth opportunities in development or related fields. 4) The culture is toxic, with individuals taking credit for others’ work and being rewarded for unethical behavior. Hardworking employees are overlooked, and constructive feedback is absent.
