HR is a highly toxic and unproffesional team who is cheating the Japan management. Recently HR Ravindra Shevi involved in a scam by recruting his known people with bogus experience and inflating the salary package meddiling with BGV (even tough red flag given by Third party). Even tough Japan mgmt knows this, they have not taken action on him as HR. every employee at lower level lost trust believing MHI stands for its compliance as no action on Shenvi and Team till date.I felt ashamed, this news was broken to me by the client asking whats the compliance action taken in your company on these people. Please dont Join this company, as the company is run by Ravindra shenvi who was entrusted on giving increments (irony is he is the one who does all the forgery) as corporate planner and arranging meetings (office boy can arrange meetings).( after retirement he was given extension as, person taking care of increments which is a normal Job of HR with transparency.)

Good work environment and culture . The teammates are supportive and in a good bonding. Appraisals and salary hike are fair.

Dislikes

...ur issues. HR and finance related issuee resolving is a very very slow process .Salary is decent . But They hiring on 2 years contact basis. Career growth is very slow and no future projects available.

The Salary is good and is about 40-50% more than similar companies

Very toxic and unskilled middle and to management. I have never seen a company with this middle/upper engineer (managers, senior managers, AGM, DGM, GM, SGM). Do not have any technical or non-technical skills. Most of them do not even know how to talk properly. It is a bunch of Indian middle-aged men getting paid high salaries for doing nothing.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Atmosphere wise it’s good... lot of opportunities to learn. Career growth is not possible. Lots of holidays.

...not cooperative... very poor management. Less career growth... over work burden. Less salary. Work atmosphere is very consisted.. salary issues...
