The quick decision by M.D. Good Career growth, Good Salary , Good Learning environment , Its very fast growing Air-Conditioning company in India which is o pen to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am happy to have the part of a team of MHI, Since their manufacturing unit is in Bangkok, so I got the chance to travel abroad twice, I also enjoyed the dealers meets and get together with all the dealers . I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

There is a lot of politics and the management do sent a dress our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job .
