...onment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the managagement is transparent.company policies are good appraisal are fair and they good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management do sent a dress our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
