The company keeps the student on roll for only 1 year of training, it should be kept for a minimum of 3 years so that the students have to spend less efforts for career opportunities at an older age

The very good job security nd work culture .The management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.salary is decent but caress growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you can not resign. On the Job training is not given to new joinees

Management of the company is very transparent.Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive. They are helping me to know about new machine and technology .There is a huge cafeteria.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Management of the company are very careful regarding COVID-19 and it takes all the precautions to keep everyone safe . It provides face mask to all the employees.It provides sanatizers at every step of the company area . everything is going to hygienic. It sanatizes all the work stations after end of every shift . It took all the precautions for the safety of their employees . I am so thankful for being a part of this company. MEAI is the famous for their Quality and it is stands on the name of Quality.

There is a lot of Good behaviour and the management is solves every our issues. Salary is decent and career growth is good. There is a not any type of bond so u can easily join another company by giving a resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.
