1. Extremely work pressure, even 14-16hr a day 2. Excessive shutdown and long duty schedule without any weekly off 3. Career progress is very very limited 4. Middle and top management politics and nepotism 5. No one will get any positive solution from their supirior. 6. Very very complicated and confusing working process and culture 7. Zero decision making power through out the top management 8. Leave culture is very stringent and duty on most of the national holidays 9. Very very bad work life balance, you can never give time to your family.

The Management. Top management is very rude for other state employee. Too much politics & partiality . Senior staff dont let you learn in org. for grow and gives negative review.
