The training process should be more streamlined. Termination before the Probation completion is a big issue here. The work life balance should be attained as the employees don't have much personal time.No work from home.

Bad in terms of integration and seems to ask people to leave always same day notice which doesn’t go well with lot of employees also they seem to have cctv all over the place and don’t trust employees very much.
