Good work environment and culture. The company has really help us to join our work safely in this pandemic situation by giving a transportation system, and I like the most flexibility in this company.

Mitra S.K Pvt Ltd is a very good organisation, where you can learn chemical/Instrumental analysis of so many commodity, you can developed your skill. Company policy is very transparent. If you want to check your "Quality", Mitra S.K is there. Knowledge of chemist is Excellent.

The company background is good. Office colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Career growth here is bit tricky. You have to work hard then you can get good compensation. As I say Work hard that is also mean you have to work till 9 hrs (Excluding Lunch) which is not in job agreement. You can learn so many things. Prodically job related training done in every month to aware every day improvement in industry. Job security is very high but as you know If you don't understand your work no one will help on your work. I must say Mitra S.K. Pvt. Ltd. is one of the best Company in Quality Inspection industry. You can begin your career from here.

Politics ruins the positiveness. Middle management who heads the branches and labs need to learn leadership skill. Poor in management with few exceptions.
