Job security is good. Even if you are performing average you won't be fired.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is also low , TA/DA is very low. You will put from your pocket during company visits. There is a contract that you can't join any competitior company after resigning from here for next 18 months. They sue you. Behavior of top management is very unprofessional.

Salary comes before next month. Employees birthday celebration at the month end.

Dislikes

Seniors don't train their juniors due to fear of losing job. Fresher will loose the job, if he doesn't have an art to get training from their selfish senior. Pahaaddiyon ka BhaiChaara.

A well growing company in medical sector and definitely anyone should work atleast one time

Disputes are always occurred in work place but this is a well managed company by top management. So i don't have any information to share regarding dislike

Companies which are run under family management are only focused on how to squeeze an individual for their maximum benefit. Rewards are almost negligible. If an outstanding achievement is done they do not recognise it.
