Good opportunity for the freshers to start their career, but not for Longrun. Good Training sessions

I have started my job keeping in mind to learn some courses and prepare for government exams, but none works out since as a service engineer I have to visit Work sites which might take sometimes 2-3 days or it might become a week. I cannot even fix or give appointments for meeting with friends and family functions. My friends sometimes calls for teasing me about my location. If there is any issue with the customer in the site we don't get correct responses from back office. Mistakes of back office and delay in the Material delivery have to be beared by the service engineer who visits the site.
