Mithi has a very good learning environment, everybody is helping and teach you if you don't know anything.

Dislikes

There is a big gap in alignment of the salary and compensation with the industry standards. Also they could be stronger focus on enhancing job security of the employees.

- Amiti is absolutely a very good and peaceful company to work for, - they allow to permanently work from home, if you can work independently, - and the environment at work is very friendly and peaceful - you'll get to work on latest trending tech stack, and you'd always get to learn something new - my team leader is very friendly and very easy to approach - and Even the CEO of the company is so humble, that if you didn't knew he was CEO of company, you would confuse him to be part of parole employees

Dislikes

- for freshers there is a 3 years of service agreement, and CTC is very low and non negotiable for freshers - and there are many employees who are very skilled and have very good business knowledge(almost 7-8 years of experience at Amiti), and still are in software developer role, while they could had been solution architect for their level of intellect - promotions are not guaranteed but salary hikes are fine

If ur a freshers never join AmitiSoftware technologies u will nothing very old technologies u will regret later company politics and salary is very low even day lobour earns more than they pay us please be careful

Its a gud working experience with them. Team mates are supportive.still they have to get into new technologies to explore new things. Their is lot of work pressure from leads.As this is my first company i enjoyed every step of learning. Their is a friendly environment inside company thats what i liked.
