Job security - Good

Dislikes

Working hours are too long 10hours to 12hours for staff. Rules are different for different people. Bags not allowed. Temperature in shop floor is not maintained as adequate to work. Benifits are for those who are close to higher management or if you are female. Free cab service is available only for selected people. Free petrol only for selected people. Overtime for staff only for selected people. Financial growth is very slow. No benifits and facilities.
