Huge work pressure and it will mantal health my team manager at is too arrogant and never talk polite at all. Everytime I worked with Full of my dedication he always make me demotivate. If you your mental peace is not there no time for family the your job is useless because we are doing only of them. Never gonna forget that mental trauma.

1. Favoritism and biased 2. Less salary hike 3. Overburden job profile, 1 person have to handle 3 person's work load. 4. No work life balance 5. No training sessions on skill upgradation 6. Less knowledgeable managers, directors. 7. Sales and targets oriented company 8. Politics 9. No policies like short leaves, paternity, child education, parents Insurance, over time. 10. Abusive and loud language by some directors and managers with colleagues.

Don't trust this company and never ever think about joining with this company and don't spoil your career. The company is basically data driven and no logic in the business. During interview time company will promise one designation and roles and responsibilities and after joining your designation will be different and roles and responsibilities will be different. Company is driven by logistics method and not on the real market business potential. Every department in this company is working without any basic knowledge and 100% politics driven company.
