There is no job security what so ever, they can put you on leave without pay for months and then suddenly will ask you to work on commission basis. They don’t have a good reputation in market, they claim to have big clients in BFSI like Prudential, ABFL but in reality they don’t, they even work for startup, who have no relation to Banking and Financial sector domian, and they will expect you to work on mere roles of 20k-25k. There are no Perks at all in this organization, they expect you to work an entire year, and then you’ll be eligible for any sort of bonus or hike. I’ll suggest you to please please read the offer letter very very carefully before joining.
