Managers prioiritize self-interest over others. juniors face disproportionate blame, anything breaks in production, juniors are to be blamed. team leads are not supportive. HR changes policies like her outfits (neither her outfit has any sense nor the changes in policies) they ask resignation from people whenever they want. they won't reimburse any expenses you made for company's growth, but they will reimburse their personal parties. people in administration, human resources and management have ego issues (they need to calm down a bit) overall great company, don't join
