The Company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products in tools and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

...y. Company three plant devide but nowadays only man (my drill) plant is running.many employees are jobless in lockdown time nd running plant employees 1mounth salary not pays. Nd no facilities provide company means travelling, food. Management is not support to hardworking Nd every company employees. career growth is very slow.

It was a good experience for me because Miranda tool is small manufacturing unit and it has great experience of different departments. The colleagues was nice. There were lot to learn about production unit, QC, maintenance unit.

Company working culture is good, But somewhere all the things are in Manager's hand & decided as per their terms & conditions, not for the Company. Sometimes & somehwhere, decision not taken right decision.

The company has a good brand name and provides equal opportunity for growth. The best part is that they are inclined to impart training to each and every individual. Learning and training are given importance.

Dislikes

The less said the better of the work culture. Due to lack of clarity at top level, there is no due course of the goal that company wants to achieve. The company lacs a good leadership.
