Giving equal oppurtunities for both gender and selecting for promotion only based on knowledge and eligibility, experience and fitness to work

Not giving importance to well-qualified employees in salary increment comparing to newbies Will not ask long worked, flexible and best employees to stay longer with extra salary. Just let those experienced employees if they resigned.

Good company to work good salary they r giving appraisal periodically by our performance

Some times our head will give more work like continue shift every saturday we have to work if we refuse they convince us to work

Initially it was good management ....2016- 2020 ...many have benefitted by meals provided in ajuba and overtime bonus ..good workspace

After covid lockdown..80 % of employees thrown into new projects ..but to satisfy the client side .management forgot to focus on employee side benefits ..they increased target even for trainees , I was given auditor role ..but they made me to do coding in absence of any employee ..so much pressure and bad management 😪 I have seen so far

Good work environments and culture. Company training are good ,and free food there is a huge cafeteria and gameing arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Apprasal not fair and they give not good salary and hike and bonus every year. there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

...riendly and we r still in contact. My Team lead also very good and jolly type... Training given was good and decent salary..There is good career growth and apparaisal.I had more learnings and work environment was good..

Timings of the job only I dislike 8AM to 6PM...10 hours job with 1 hour break..There is nothing much to dislike..
