Overall the company is great but working under the data team is the worst, no one is giving you the clear path how to move to the next role or get promoted. The leadership is worst since they dont care about your growth or culture they are only concerned how to get the work done

Cool Office location and nothing else Very very few team mates are good and most of them are spy of the management/lead

Outdated tech stack - The worst Worst team lead & management (literally doesn't understand anything and toxic as hell) Long working hours most of the time with annoying code base

1. HR are goods but they are mostly depends on departments managements , 2. The peoples should be hires every places for ride maintenance not only from specific place 3. The department managements and colleagues should not be from same specific places,

Dislikes

1. Only one side decisions whenever any issues between some people due to any misunderstanding 2. Only specific people are promoting they are not considering long time experienced only some referenced people promotions 3. Some only specific people selecting for training 4. No any annually increments 5. For workshop people having no any high positions only rides people can get promotions
