The vision of the company is clear that Employees are not cost ,they are Asset of the company. Activities like star of the month , department of the month and birthday celebration delivered good empact on employees working life .

Working culture is good, terms n policies are up to the mark, work satisfaction and freedom of putting creativity into work is enhance the individual skills.

All projects are rumning good but need to mark new projects as per the demands , slow decesion.

The Primary business of MIraj is tabbaco product & CPVC Pipe manufacturing , but in 4 to 5 years Miraj expand tremendously in real estate sector & this company delivers beautiful projects (Residential, commercial, entertainment etc.) . Mr. Madan Paliwal has great vision towards real estate sector.

Dislikes

i don't know about current employees but initially some of engineers & architect and supporting staff like draftsman & 3D person , all were very new for the real estate sector they were not experience enough. & they were from vert staring time so management has no idea & management believe over them they are miss guiding their respective HOD's that's why many of experience and qualified people left company. and The one thing more which i dislike about miraj they were enforcing for 5 or 3 year contract.
