Salary after 10th, No Timely Payments For The Vendors & they will trouble you like anything for payment follow up. No Culture Here, Whether you work here or you can be a vendor, they will show how life should not be. They will take you to the hell.

Not good work environment and culture . And not good company policies,appraisals and not good behaviour manager no time in Salary every year. Fix coming coming but not going to fix time

Management not good behaviour in staff manager not good behaviour and staff management not discussion for salary and staff and not time for working

Miraj is a very fast growing chain in cinemas industry.salley package is good.cinema buildings also good.home made products like burger/sandwich and all fresh eatables who attract the patrons.ticket prizes also better then competitor.

Nothing is dislike but sometimes we don't found helping staff because some things is diffrent compare to other cinemas.and in starting we don't know about them but we want to learn these things but no body want to do help.its a failure.but it's not a company failure it's a totally staff negligence.

Lots of unnecessary work to perform. Your work never finish even working continuously 9 hours. Only one accountant in one cinema. So after some time you will fill tired. It's my personal experience that please do not join this company it's horrible to work here. No balance between work life and personal life. You have to work even after completing duty. Zero support at ground level. You have to do day and night shift twice in month. Daily handal large amount of cash and petty cash. And deposit in bank. Also need to travel outside to do banking tax filing and many more unnecessary works. Join only you want to lost peace from your life.

Lots of work handle with responsibility but not any salary growth and nor any designation growth done here. No one appreciated any work lack of motivation from Senior Management. Not include in any important discussion's.
