Coming from a corporate background, I find this organization very warm and welcoming. I have met great colleagues who share the same mindset as me. This place offers ample opportunities for professional learning and growth.

Dislikes

I appreciate working here, but i believe the current 9 hour workday could be reduced to 7-8 hours. This adjustment would provide more time for personal development and selfcare, ultimately enhancing overall productivity and well being.

Worst organisation I had worked with very pathetic experience. No work life balance. People sitting in head office thinks they are superior and always looking down upon location level staff. No appreciation for the staff. No timeline for salary.
