...nd always looking down upon location level staff. No appreciation for the staff. No timeline for salary. Employee in head office will celebrate success party of movies and employees who are making it happen will be neglected not even a single appreciation note for them.

I would like to share that , why I would like to work at Miraj Cinemas, because the HOD'S of Miraj Cinemas are very understanding and supportive.

Dislikes

The dislike about the Miraj Cinemas is only that the Salary we never gets on time between 1st to 7th of first week of the month starting, due to this I think we have to face major challenges.

Lots of unnecessary work to perform. Your work never finish even working continuously 9 hours. Only one accountant in one cinema. So after some time you will fill tired. It's my personal experience that please do not join this company it's horrible to work here. No balance between work life and personal life. You have to work even after completing duty. Zero support at ground level. You have to do day and night shift twice in month. Daily handal large amount of cash and petty cash. And deposit in bank. Also need to travel outside to do banking tax filing and many more unnecessary works. Join only you want to lost peace from your life.

...ruits. As there is no proper training there are very less growth at entry level. salary structure is basic compared to other companies. there are no staff benefits. only two offs are given on top of week offs for staffs every month. THERE is no provision of proper cafeteria, changing room. drinking water/ tea coffee etc for staffs. management doesn't take care of staffs at all. almost every month inventory shortages are debited from staff salaries. There are no liberation given to staffs. you cannot use phone on shift. Sanitary pads are not provided to female staff. worst working culture. There are manpower shortages purposely kept staffs are over worked and underpaid. Management is not bothered at all.

Salary after 10th, No Timely Payments For The Vendors & they will trouble you like anything for payment follow up. No Culture Here, Whether you work here or you can be a vendor, they will show how life should not be. They will take you to the hell.
