no job security, worst management, HR's won't even respond to your mails, very few projects most of them are support projects. no proper training should learn by ourselves.

for freshers 3years of bond with very less salary with high deductions, office located in a remote area, no transport available very worst experience with a miracle. I wasted 3 years of my time in this company. i recommended to not join in this company

1st thing is, it never looks like a software company,no culture nothing,some great ppl come to offce by consuming alcohol,nd the HRs are always High,it is full of psychic politics,will not pay salary regularly, in my 1 yr of exp i was bit confused b/w HR and watchman &CEO, Here leads nd managers r much more interested in your personal lyf matters other than your work.You will never b recognized as an employee coz they wont provide u good food,good accommodation nd no shift allowance.The one who joins might get mentally retarded and may strt torchuring other ppl. It has 3 yrs bond and if u want to come out ,u need to pay 2.5 L nd need to submit originals.Finally I came out of it without paying anything. Thanks to the psychic team members for letting me out.

Lastly, cost cutting doesn't mean the benefit of adding or merging responsibilities or sharing. if responsibilities are limited , automation with supervision control will balance the work force. And our's is an advancing company.
