Top management very rude talking with employees,if you take some leave during the salary period ,then salary is hold , this is lala type company no any bonus policy, gratuity policy, overtime policy,and no any welfare police for employees ,I don't know what's is policy of Rajasthan gov.,both side pf &esic deduction in employee salary

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
