I absolutely love that toxic, rigid micromanaging environment where creativity is just a joke and any idea that isn’t the manager’s gets ridiculed. But hey, nothing like seeing them take credit for our hard earned achievements to build there reputation! Truly, what a manager!

It’s like having have a personal coach Workplace Drama : it’s not just a workplace it’s like reality show Ideas? Oh, they are not really allowed we will prefer cursor ( code assistant ❌ code generator ✅ ) It’s like a never-ending episode of “The Office“ but with the fewer laughs and more headaches.

The chance to work with new technologies and try innovative ideas is a big plus here. Management is open to new suggestions, which makes it a great place to share ideas. Good work is highly visible, which helps strong performers stand out, although it can be challenging for those who under perform. Team members communicate openly, and there’s a positive relationship between leads and juniors, making the work environment supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

One area that could improve is the processes. While there’s nothing major to address, I see room for refinement, as any process benefits from continuous iteration to get better over time. Every company has areas to work on, but in my experience, this is the best company I’ve been a part of.
