Little scope of learning and development Manager only concerned about logging hrs No on the job learning Excessive workload on some days Little or no impact of analytics Too much dependency on other teams Clear hierarchical structure with unclear job description for people in different departments Work consists of reporting Lying about job role during interview

MIQ Is a very good company but few teams & people aren’t If you ever get opportunity to work at MIQ, join any team but not DnA INDIA & CHINA No growth in terms of work, Just Excel & PPT and they ask to give false & manipulated insights, that doesn’t give you job satisfaction even how much high they pay you Even people from other teams are not ready to move to DnA India team just imagine how toxic it is HR don’t even respond or value about your problem instead they disclose And dear HR please stop forcing people to fill best place to work form, instead try to make it really a best place to work then automatically we will fill it Thank god I’ve resigned from the most toxic team

Only thing you will like is if you come from witch company you will see some salay bump. Apart from that there’s nothing good. Managers are most stupid one here

Everyone is supportive here. Team leads really care about your career prospects and provide you with opportunities of cross team collaborations. You get to learn a lot from your colleagues. This is a place to build yourself both professionally and personally. Great work culture and flexibility. No timesheets for you to fill. Good perks and benefits.

It's sometimes difficult to keep up with the dedication and pro-activeness of your team members. But that is a good thing in the long run as you also try to give your best.
