Company's going through some organisational changes which might slow down the learning a bit but still the window is there Advanced analytics don't occur as such that frequently unless the clients are big

Job security, no pay cuts even though variable pay has been pushed

Little scope of learning and development Manager only concerned about logging hrs No on the job learning Excessive workload on some days Little or no impact of analytics Too much dependency on other teams Clear hierarchical structure with unclear job description for people in different departments Work consists of reporting Lying about job role during interview

Perks, and other benefits are outstanding. Free open culture and less micro management on shift timing

Dislikes

Biased and favouritism. Lack of intelligent and mature managers , moslty interested in parties and hanging out with younger colleagues of specific gender. No future for DnA folks as the work is not direct client facing but a really back office work . Still the firm is transforming so the managers form their own policies instead of abiding actual miq values. Senior leadership is weak and is unable to manage one floor team . Has a severe pip culture every quarter over minor escalations. Better to find an actual effective project rather only making powerpoints day and night for 100 advertisers.

MIQ Is a very good company but few teams & people aren’t If you ever get opportunity to work at MIQ, join any team but not DnA INDIA & CHINA No growth in terms of work, Just Excel & PPT and they ask to give false & manipulated insights, that doesn’t give you job satisfaction even how much high they pay you Even people from other teams are not ready to move to DnA India team just imagine how toxic it is HR don’t even respond or value about your problem instead they disclose And dear HR please stop forcing people to fill best place to work form, instead try to make it really a best place to work then automatically we will fill it Thank god I’ve resigned from the most toxic team

Nothing exceptional. Before pandemic the company was known to be good. Lots of micromanagement

Dislikes

Unfair hiring. People with higher experience and qualification have been hired at lower positions only to feel frustrated after joining the organization
