We do understand as an employer they also have their parameters in following up or may call it as pressure. But had a good work atmosphere while Minvesta as a employer, suggest to have them back and appreciate to work under such Co. :)

I didn't come across any such situations in my working period and rather I would refer for my colleagues to join Minvesta. :)
