Well, the funniest part is in here you will get only worst experience . I am writing this honestly ,there is no intention to hurt the management of this company but i have to save other persons professional life. Before joining this company think 100 times and must read below points: 1) Toxic Work culture 2) Zero work life balance 3) Humiliate co workers in national call is their main agenda, specially by National Sales Head cum Director and as well as COO also in the same boat. They use foul languages in national call 4) Hire and Fire is the main funda of this company and in here only non performer can survive bcz they know how to buttering their bosses. They have issued PIP to non performer but just for show 😂 5) If anyone wants to spoil their career then must join in here. 6) In some location, Location heads are running politics and syndicate of non performer within the branch. 7) In here new joined Sales Manager can survive only for max 4 months after performing well. 8) and i am very surprised that in here their is no closing, every day is closing 9) And at anytime management called google meet either it is morning time or night time. In here after 10.30PM also you have to join google meet. Overall, dont join for sales in mintifi , if you want to do suicide in ur career then you can join only. Oh one more thing in here if you are not joined in national call due to some medical issue, management will ask them to join from the bed also. Only if you are in ICU no need to join call 😂 All points are real and valid

...iors want only and only as per his asking. Higher and fire . No one is listing . I am struggling for my salary expense. Left before 3 months but still have not received my salary and expense. Highly recommend not to join this company. They give false commitment and make u fool.

...especially when 99%staff are Ladies. No value for the work done by the employee. Even a blue collar worker can get a better pay than a white collar worker. No supports in any matter

Pathetic, the reason being I selected as Relationship Manager and got prompted to Sales Head however no salary hike, in my career of 8 months and more never received incentives. If incase u you travelling out of Mumbai then you need to spend first for your stay and then company reimburse however they have specific budget and in that budget one can only afford a dormitory. Waste of my career. Selfish Owners Pathetic company to work for. No proper salary, no incentives and no benefits provided. TOTAL WASTE OF CAREER.

Pathetic simply useless. They just know how to cut the money and make profit for themselves.

Good company and work life balance is not good because not time to start any time on line meeting and always ready to customer service no other person for your help.

Individual position provide no branch every city and High PF and ROI given customer that's why customer visit response very low.
