The company has excellent work culture and open to innovation.I am lucky to be a pre opening part of there excellent Resort near Shimla. Good thing is that we have staff from different part of India with different cultures and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

I don't like the way they hire people in management post because some GM without branded holels work culture spoil the work atmosphere. They are from lala background hotels and believe in backbiting and keep happy owners don't care for guests.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
