Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The Chairman of the company is a polished Gentleman. He is good to deal with.

Dislikes

No increments, No bonus in routine times. Financially weak company. No salaries on time. Since onset of Covid staff sent home on leave without pay with no clarity on resumption of operations.

Worst Company ever i found till now. Mr. Ashok Jogani and Mr. Mahesh Gupta and so called the accountant Ms.Sushmita the owner of the hotel is hopeless. No one should try to apply in this service apartment.

Dislikes

The attitude of Mr. Mahesh Gupta and Ashok Jogani without having any business knowledge is what i found the worst part in them. One is from Mumbai and another one was from Delhi.
