Nothing. Almost every day drinking in side office

I worked there almost 1 year, I never ever get my salary right time but everyday thay will drink and smoke for that they have money and no traveling allowance should take my self and no food allowance also salary never getting right time some time without salary everything need to take myself .

Likes

you can earn extra money by selling photos without letting them know, and if you are an alcoholic, it is the right place for you. they love to drink.

Dislikes

no timely salary, no creativity in photography, they are doing the same damm thing for the last 1-2yrs, no props washing, traveling all over the hospitals. no timely delivery of photo due to that customer shouting at us.

As a fresher it was good for my career start i had enough freedom to work and explore new things And Sujith is best in training us he always encouraged us and motivated us . It's a small team so it's fun to work . Appraisal is completely dependent on ur work so I had a hike in 6months itself.
