"I've been fortunate enough to be a part of the Minitech Floors team, and I can confidently say that it's an amazing place to work. The employee benefits are top-notch, and the company genuinely cares about our well-being. But what really sets us apart is our work culture. We celebrate every occasion, big or small, and make sure everyone feels included. I love that we have an open-door policy, where we can freely share our thoughts and opinions without fear of judgment. Even when we disagree, we do so respectfully, and it's okay to 'agree to disagree'. This mindset has created a workplace where I feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow."

"One aspect of Mini Tech Floors' culture that can be both a strength and a weakness is our emphasis on empathy and understanding towards our employees' personal situations. While it's admirable that we consider humanitarian grounds when dealing with underperforming employees, it can sometimes impact productivity and profitability. Despite this, I appreciate that we prioritize our employees' well-being and don't resort to terminations, even when their performance is subpar. Instead, we provide appraisals and increments, albeit to a lesser extent than their high-performing counterparts. This approach may not be the most conventional, but it reflects our commitment to treating employees with compassion and respect."

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
