There is very good teamwork and people work with minimum supervision. Each time people go for training courses to upgrade their skills or attend workshops and seminar outside the country to acquire that which lacks in their operations. The work environment is a good place to be during working ours, each doing business in their individual offices. There is growth in terms of expansion or increase in the number of institutions of higher learning to pave way for access to higher education for all. The ministry encourages innovation both in institutions and in the way we do work. Innovation hubs are the talk of today and 5 have been built and are being equipped. The Ministry is sensitive of the lives of employees and their welfare. There is room for employees to attend to their family problems whenever they arise and then come back to work. This helps ensure efficiency when one works with a fresh mind. Job security is not an issue.

Dislikes

The only problem is that salaries are low, and this is a global problem.
