...l from more than 22 nations was exciting. As Indian I was considered excellent. Only drawback was no compensation for extra work and when load was more when colleagues were on annual leave. Others faced education of children as Indian school was 60 minutes 70 km from our township. Market developed fast for daily needs.

No compensation for extra work. Not much personal friendship amount colleagues as Culture was different. For recreation had to drive till capital. Nothing major as from Ministry point of view. Cooperation from everyone was beyond expectations

I love working in MOH . Nw staff not getting salary for 4 months !! Hospitals are clean . Good working atmosphere. Cutting benifits , salary promised , grativity cutting not at all appreciated

MOH providing latest technology...like new generation ventilators , anaesthesia machines, monitors etc. It helps us to update our practice and patient safety and care.

Dislikes

Working load , 24hrs duty, Less work manpower and no compensation for public holidays and fridays.

MOH in Oman, provides high quality standard health care to the society with modern technologies and during my work with MOH I could improve my skills and knowledge. I wish I could work for more years till my retirement.

There is no job security. Anytime you can expect omanization.I wished I could work till my retirement,but unfortunately I was omanized which was quite unfortunate for me.

Colleque are very cooperative. A lot of Project could be accomplished. A lot of modification could be implemented to improve the hospital facilities. To provide excellent service to the people of Rustaq.
