I am not in Saudi Arabia as of now.. as I was held up due to my ill health in February and due to Corona lock down from March 2020..

...d up due to Corona lock down.. Still I am held up. In india.. No job so far.. No salary is being given by the ministry.. First of all the hospital people have to consider my request and then send my details to the ministry which was not done at all at ground level.. Now my visa is expired. No regular flights.. I don't know whether I can cone back.. They are not interested to process my visa now.. They are asking me to go to the embassy to apply for visa.. But the embassy is closed nowadays..and we don't know when the embassy will be reopened? I have to receive my benefits but I don't know how I can claim now.. Now I am in a stage of extreme uncertainty..

What I like working at Ministry of Health is work culture. The work culture at Ministry of Health in Liberia is cordial among workers at work places in making sure that they meet their career goal. In so doing, they discuss issues concerning challenges at work and way forward for the benefits of staffs and the patients, team work is key, in service training etc.

Dislikes

What I dislike about working at Ministry of Health is about low salary income. $US 170 is the total monthly salary for Registered Nurse employed at Ministry of Health which is just used for food, pocket change for transport to work,lack of staffs' motivation etc. If not properly managed that little income,it leads to financial deficit.

I was given the opportunity to grow more by various types of training and seminars and won the TITLE AS BEST EDUCATOR TWICE

Salary is not same with nationals.And every expatriate is made to bear the workload of Nationals almost in all Hospitals and in every Key post

I am working from last 5yr,but still no salary increment Before they provide food allowance now they cut that also, they are providing food their own choice it spoil our health Total experience bad

1- HARD EARNED SALARY WHOSE EVERY PENNY IS HALAAL. i mean no BRIBE or RISHWAH. 2-WORK CULTURE ESPECIALLY IN MY HOSPITAL AND DEPARTMENT IS PRETTY LOVELY, mutual cooperation, helpful, working not as a team but like ONE FAMILY. 3- FAMILY LIFE IS HAPPY WITH HARAM AND SCHOOLS. 4- a pretty Routine Life although it’s busy and hectic but working as TEAM to finish our task ,everyone shares the hard time.

Dislikes

1- Transfer is not easy to the choice of CITY or DEPARTMENT. OTHERWISE I FEEL FOR MYSELF WELL SATISFIED.
