Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...team But working hours above the gudline Internationaly without compansetion In anual leave they remove emergency Salary from total salary No insourance No anual ticket or education for ower kids

It is a good experience and working in a big hospital with modern equipment and almost all type of surgical operations are doing hear.

Working standards are good.. Work time, overall work satisfaction is good. The problem is with paperwork for joining as well as any official works, take lot of effort and time. Office staffs may or may not be very helpful.. But of discrimination on nationality basis

Dislikes

The office secretaries and local staff.. At times very rude.

Gaining good experience with Job satisfaction and no worries about Job securety. Good Work environment with overseas Staff and varies patients which give me the ability to Work with all types of patients and meet their needs and managing the department despit of deferent Nationalities and deferent Staff Levels.

Dislikes

Poor opportunities to develop and grow, need more focus on Staff satisfaction and outcomes. Career growth very slow,
