The reputation that one builds with the Ministry experience

Dislikes

The Scientists, under whom consultants work, have made themselves handicapped and spoilt with consultants. One would wonder how these scientists gained such power and position. They cannot even write a simple letter on their own. For every small task, they depend on consultants, due to which well qualified consultants are kind of wasting their talent. However, if a consultant gets to work with a bureaucrat then they might get a different exposure because with the bureaucrats one would get great learning and exposure.

A very good working environment, great acquisition of scientific knowledges.An area to discover and follow scientific development in many disciplines related to environment worldwide. Career evolution is relatively fast. Solid training through internships abroad.

I love the teamwork which keeps me exposed. Exposure to traveling to various places depending on the project of which i get to learn a lot hence career growth.I like the boss involvement and challenge to try new ideas despite our career specialization.
