Its a proud feeling working at Ministry of Defence, but as far as concern with career growth and salary it is quite disappointing, coz due to government organisation growth and salary hike is very slow, security reasons are very high due to this limitations are there for learning new things, work environment is satisfactory. The most satisfaction part is that we can easily balance our work-life here.

I m ex defence personnel just searching a suitable job but i can pay any money for the job. I always using giloy kadha between 3 days and bathing after enter home and hand sanitization after contact any person and regular wear masks

Excellent team, training & jab security is OK. Career growth & salary is OK for the permanent employees. Work culture and environment is innovative with true jab satisfaction and balanced work-life.

Dislikes

Fate of contractual employees is quite uncertain though some of them have rendered contractual service exceeding ten years.
